Rivers constitute metastases,
flow from the sea and seek high ground
creating an inorganic reflection
in chasms and caves.
Leave behind lethal alluvia,
mountains formed from the material
discarded by this process
constitute a fatal by product. 

A result of oceanic movement
is centrifugal gravity,
whose ice making efficacy creates                       
magnetic poles.

Iatrogenesis

Water and salt
are not the natural elements of ocean
but were introduced by the Phoenicians
in an attempt to purge it.
Both remain in large quantities
and can mislead
the naïve diagnostician.

Early physicians
thought water and salt
would eliminate
the sea’s morbid characteristics
and would balance each other
leaving an harmonious void.

instead, we are now engaged
in coping with the effects of treatment,
not the original condition.

A side effect not yet properly understood.

found swimming in our eyeballs.
