Flexible Glass

if a crack forms, sudden, shattering, a bolt spreads rapidly across a curved plane, the whole is lost | a fault line is not a fault but a method for a tectonic plate to adapt to enormous pressures | cracks become filled with a lacquer of spun gold and the shattering is subsumed into a longer story arc | what use then is a dent, hollow crater, scar | a dent is beyond redemption
